Article on comparison of primary testing in the Nordic countries published in Journal of Medical Screening

The study on comparison of cytology and HPV-based primary testing in cervical screening was published in the Journal of Medical Screening.

The article presents the methodology of defining primary tests and classification of test results in NordScreen. The results show that the probability of any positive test results was higher in human papillovirus testing than in primary cytology, even though the cross-sectional detection of a clearly positive test result was the same.

Presentation of NordScreen platform published in Acta Oncologica

An overview of the NordScreen platform has been published online in Acta Oncologica. The article presents the NordScreen platform along with the underlying methodology for calculating these indicators and shows that the screening coverage rates are similar to nationally reported figures.
